About a week ago Vista Ultimate was updated with all available updates.

Everything working normally no complaints on anything Vista, updates,

etc..

Nothing installed since(windows, updates or software etc)

Today out of nowhere Windows Update notified of an available update >>

KB933928.

This is a July update, revision 1.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=933928

Not sure why it wasn't offered earlier in August or Sept.(lol..I looked

at the list I print each time...nada)

Any one else see this occurrence or an explanation.

Thanks,

Howdy winston ... Fancy meeting you here. Stop running 'pirated'

software and you won't see the update <w>

Unless some activation/validation issue comes up, suggest you leave

sleeping dogs lie.

Vista not installed here so I can't say that I've witnessed this behavior.

Mow, that must be it...lol..so much or the retail version, should have

used the msdn one.

No issues here...just that it was odd that a 3 month old update was

offered long after it should have been.

I've checked with two other Vista users and the spouses laptop and that

update was offered/installed in July and Aug.

Just weird..but then it wouldn't be the first 'sleeping dog' to wake up

with WU/MU.

I am also having the same problem. Have you found a solution to this problem?

I've done everything and every search. Please let me know if you find a

solution. It says that it's critical if you do not download thid update.

Thank you
