How do I remove Optimized Pro 3.0 from the computer?

Original title : Optimizer Pro 3.0

 

i have window 7 , 64 bit and trying to remove spyware called optimizer Pro 3.0 , , i could not uninstall the program , micro soft essential could not detect it and also ran the microsoft safety scanner 1.0.30001.0 and it did not detect it, any thoughts?

please let me know
