Internet connection excellent but page reloads long time, I cannot get to download a movie, song, pl

Hello

Many days I try to download a movie and it takes 6 hours and it do not download finally.

I cannot watch movies, and any easy page as hotmail or yahoo also get a long time to open, and to reload.

 

I have reboot my phone(tether connection) I have been in other wireless to try, and the same happens.

I have not made any changes.

os: windows vista pack 2

Can someone help please?

For a moment I have seen a page saying something about DNS, like unreachable??????
