When I share my screen it works but when I share my system sounds the person cannot hear them? Please help solve this mystery!

I tried to shut down Skype. I tried calling them again. I tried sharing sounds first and then sharing screens. I tried the latter but vice-versa. I went to my sound settings and tried different things but nothing is working. It's very strange because I recall at one time it was working on my computer using the same headset and everything. So, I know for a fact that it has worked with my current hardware and I have done it before but it doesn't seem to be consistent. It appears to always work sporadically. Please help. Hi! Good Day! I have a problem about my networking thing I guess. So its started when my computer was Windows 10 before but it went on all black screen and we need to reformat it and change it to Windows 8. The thing here is we only have 1 printer and its a usb type printer. So back when my PC didn't went on black screen, all our PC's here is connected to our only one printer using Homegroup. Hi, I need to back up my work laptop before it dies, however, my boss and his kids all have their own profiles which I don't have access to.
