I cannot install this Microsoft update 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598). I get an Install Error 0x80071ab1. I have had similar issues in the past 2 months and even got support from Microsoft to reinstall the OS. The solution was to install the latest version of 24H2 OS using the MediaCreationTool. It solved the problem briefly until the next major update appeared. I find it very annoying that I have to reinstall the entire OS whenever there is a new Cumulative Update. That makes no sense. Migrated from a windows 10 computer, to a new windows 11 computer. I copied all my sent item faxes from old Windows 10 computer to a flash drive. Then I pasted all the copied faxes into the sent item folder, on the Windows 11. When I opened windows fax and scan, the faxes did not show in the sent item folder. I sent a test fax, and saw that fax now appeared solo, in the sent items folder. Used windows explorer to see all the old sent faxes AND the new sent fax in the sent items folder. I have been chasing this BSOD error for months. Computer randomly crashes and reboots to BIOS without having a Boot Drive listed, however pressing power off and then back on allows the system to boot as normal. Problem is not consistent with any known program running, I could have 5 or 6 programs open, or I could just be sitting at the Desktop.- The issue occurred in Windows 10, so we upgraded to Windows 11. Hello,I have been seeing an increase in users who have had their Desktop folder link disappear from the Quick Access sidebar in File Explorer.There seems to be no method that fixes this besides making an entirely new user account, and moving all the documents and data. Deleting the quick access registry keys and deleting the app data isn't having any effect.This worked for some users, but others wanted a more official method to pin their Desktop folder back where it belongs.Not sure why mods here are locking down threads when users are still needing help, and issues are going unresolved. To All,I recently started having intermittent distortion problems with a Sound Blaster Audigy Fx 5.1 PCLE sound card on Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.3476 when playing music CD's and also general system sounds. I tried to extract a file and sudenly this error came up (Error Code 0x80003005 Unspecified Error). It wasn,t just with that file, it was with every file i tried to extract.
