Since Windows 11 Update to 24 H2, my webcam picture on screen appears pixelated. I have tested the camera on other apps and it is working well. I tried to roll back to 23H2 but, as recommended by Microsoft, I first tried reinstalling the latest version (i.e. 24H2). When I rolled back, I was still on 24H2 and now I have no further roll back option (it is greyed out). I have restarted computer several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the camera app several times (Logitech Capture). I have plugged the camera into different USB ports. I opened my computer on Monday morning and had lost everything. My primary local admin is gone, and my secondary local admin has lost all of its admin rights. So if i go into file explorer/Windows/Users I can see the login for my Primary but I have no access to it. I have tried using the "Other User" login with my primary credentials and it says it does not exist. I had everything on the primary, The cloud back up it was supposed to do, apparently it did it very sporadically. I have lost a years worth of work, and I am hoping there is something I can do. My PC shuts down after idling for about 15+ mins.. never happened before. But I did upgrade my SSD, cloned the old one and installed the new one into the motherboard. Had some issues at first but was able to boot up correctly, however I have this issue. I recently noticed that within the Windows Outlook (new) App, my outlook.com email that I have configured appears with a two-person icon next to it. This does not happen with the third-party email accounts that I have configured such as Gmail or Yahoo. Is this configuration normal or is my mailbox being shared with unknown people? Recently got a new laptop with windows 11 (my old one had windows 10 and I chose not to make the upgrade).I connected my headphones with no issue but when I turn them off or disconnect them, the bluetooth center still lists them as "connected", just with no mic/audio details, and I can't reconnect them afterwards. Hi all! I have an employee that is trying to buy and install Windows Pro on his device. He is receiving the error code 80045C4D when trying to log out of his personal email associated with his current device which is preventing him from using his work account to sign in and install Windows Pro. Hello,We have a windows 10 Enterprise volume product key from a special contract between our companies. We want to add windows 11 support to our product, but our windows 10 Enterprise volume license is not accepted by windows 11 activation. It shows 0x803fa067 error. New computer out of the box today. I set it up as a work computer using my work email address which I am the admin through Go Daddy. The computer was set up fine and running great for several hours until I let it go into rest mode and it asked me for a password to log back in. I did not create a password for this computer. Around a week ago, I updated Windows 11 to the version 24H2. Ever since, I have been getting horrible internet connection speeds. No other devices in the network is experiencing this, and I have also tried moving the PC closer to the router (literally right on top of it) but nothing has changed. I have noticed from taking internet speed tests is that my Wi-Fi will spike, then stop for 5-10 seconds, and then spike again, repeating the process. I have a 5 GHz network. While on the sample laptop I can set a refresh rate of 120 Hz for my screen using Ubuntu Noble I can only do 60Hz on Windows 11.I have two video cards, and I installed the latest driver for both.- Intel UHD Iris Xe- Nvidia RTX A4000 Laptop GPUI tried from:- NVIDIA Control Panel (no such option)- Intel Graphics Command Center (no such option)- System > Display > Advanced display (the option is there but 60 Hz is the only option)I also made sure all latest drivers and OS updates are installed.Any ideas?View the full article

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 3583. It came with a 128 GB M.2 drive to run the system, I upgraded to a 1TB M.2 and a 1TB 2.5" SSD drive. I tried to use Marcum Reflect and Diskgenius to copy the system. I tried on a thumb drive first. It copied but wouldn't boot correctly. I ended up putting the original M.2 in and put the new 2.5" ssd drive and copied everything over to the 2.5" ssd. Then took out the M.2 and put the new one in. I am trying to play games with my ps5 controller however when i connect the controller to my pc with a wire it keeps connecting as an audio device and doesn't let me use the controller in games. The device previously worked fine but now it wont let me play any games with it. The only thing that has changed since the last time i used the controller was I plugged in a new webcam.
