Hi, dear Microsoft Support!My laptop was all fine with Windows 23h2, however, the day after my upgrade to 24h2 (the newest version), the screen start to glitching, like sometimes I change app but only half the screen change, when I move cursor to the part of the screen that didn't change, it glitches, and I must minimize the app and open again to fix that lag or wait for 5–10 seconds. Google Chrome is accessing a corporate link ( EnQualify Verification Platform - only works on google chrome) that we are using . However, at uncertain times, this link we access freezes and we have to close Google Chrome from the task manager. Logs taken from computers that have problems at uncertain times have been examined. As a result of the examinations, no other parallel network requests were observed. No coding problem was observed afterwards. Our Google Chrome version is up to date. The latest update to Windows 11 24H2 broke my speakers. I have spent hours and days trying to get them to work. I am an IT professional and have worked in IT for 40 years installing and patching operating systems. This started about a week ago. It was random clusters of blue screens but I didn't pay it much mind, but then I download a windows update and it blue screens. I tried everything from startup repair to reinstalling windows completely, but it just blue screens no matter what and the stop code says ERROR: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. My HD is running out of room. I wonder if the problem is that I have a Music folder with a large number of files on the C drive twice. Once under C:\Users\MyName, And another within my OneDrive folder also on C:\. I'm not sure, though. How can I figure this out, and then fix it, if so? My File Explorer Keep CrashingI recently deleted a bunch of files (roughly 400k) from my computer and recycle bin and temp and other junk files. I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7430 2 in one laptop running Windows 11 home version 23H2. I have a Rioddas external CD\DVD drive that Windows does not recognize. I can open and inset a disk and drive does seem to try and read it, but drive not showing up on file explorer.I have read a number of fixes that do not seem to apply to my Windows configuration.
