  3. Hi, I recently bought Windows 11 pro specifically because of the sandbox feature. But when I try to initialize sandbox, 9 out of 10 times I get the error 0x80072746: "The connection to the Windows Sandbox environment was lost. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (0x80072746)." Sometimes (very rarely) sandbox works properly. But after I close that session and start again, 0x80072746 pops up again despite zero changes in the settings and environment. I tried sfc / scannow, stopping and starting multiple services via services.msc, reinstalling sandbox multiple times, anView the full article
  4. Two days ago, I initiated a remote full scan on one of my devices in the environment, and it still hasn't completed, even though the device appears to be active. I can't submit a new scan because the previous one is still in progress, and the option to resubmit is greyed out. I'm not even sure if the scan is functioning at all. It seems like the device might not be receiving the command. Do you have any idea why this scan is taking so long? Also wanted to ask will Defender send remote scans to devices that are noncompliant? This device is noncompliant right now and I'm wondering if this is relaView the full article

  7. Hello,On the 4th of Feb, I updated my laptop to 24H2. After an uncommonly slow update process, I tried to use it, only to find that the laptop was force-restarting itself at most 30 seconds after logging in (more precisely, about 30 seconds after the log-in screen appeared - it did so even if I left it without logging in). It was also very slow and laggy until the restarts, especially with bringing up the taskbar. The problem was fixed when I uninstalled the latest feature update, and I tried again today with the same results. I have postponed updates for five weeks, but this is the maximum alView the full article

  9. I purchased a new laptop for a consulting practice that I was starting. It was not formed when I purchased the laptop. Once the laptop was received and setup (using my personal email address) I purchased a domain from Microsoft and subscribed to Microsoft 365 Business Basic. When setting up the new domain, etc. on the laptop, I was not able to change the login from my personal account (email) to my new business account (login) so I set up a profile for a "work account".When I login to my laptop, all of the accounts associated with my personal (email) account are recognized on the laptop andView the full article

Hello support team, I am experiencing a persistent issue with Windows 11 where the notification center in the bottom right corner (clock and date) rapidly opens and immediately closes when I click on it. The notification panel opens for a fraction of a second View the full article

  14. I purchased a new laptop for a consulting practice that I was starting. When I was setting up the laptop, which was purchased using my personal email account,I used my personal email address as the Windows login. I subsequently obtained a domain from Microsoft and a subscription to Microsoft 365. When I now login to my laptop, which is my personal email, it recognizes all of my personal Microsoft licenses and subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Family, Onedrive, etc.). I want to remove all references to my personal accounts and login with my business email address so that the system only reView the full article

  22. I installed the latest patches at the end of January and when a browser is open the system bogs down intermittently. The pointer lags and reacts inconsistently. I tried uninstalling and was able to remove KB5049622 and KB5050094 but every time I uninstalled KB5050009, it would reinstall itself. During the few seconds that KB5050009 was uninstalled, the symptoms would stop. Once it reinstalled itself, they would reoccur. I did have updates paused but that did not stop the reinstall.I have a Dell G5 5505 with Windows 11View the full article
