Hi,With my old Windows 10 PC I used the "bubbles" screensaver to come on after 2 minutes. With my new Windows 11 PC I can't get the screensaver to work at all. When I go to the screensaver control panel and try to preview "bubbles" all I get is a black screen, but with "3D" and Mystify" I can preview both of these. However, when I click on "apply" to either of these nothing happens and my screen stays lit until I turn it off using the power switch.Any ideas how I can get the screensaver to work please?View the full article

Hello,I have Windows 11 and I have a Belgian French keyboard - all goes well except just one "error".When in lower case I depress the "<" key I got the "<" character.When in upper case using the "Shift-Lock" case I depress the "<" key I still got the "<" character instead of the ">" character.All goes well when I am in uppercase using first the "Shift" key together with the "<".So the "Shift-Lock" mode doesnot work with the "<" character.Same problem with the "On Screen Keyboard"What Can I do to solve this issue ?Regards,Raymond.View the full article

Every time I log onto my computer I check my logs in my event viewer because I am a paranoid maniac. Today was no different, but today I noticed some of the logs must be missing. On March 1st I for sure logged into my computer, and the history of open files reflects this information. Yet, there are no logs in the event for March 1st. There are logs for the 28th of February, the previous day, and there are events for today, which is the 10th, but there are no logs for March 1st. I don’t know how these logs could just disappear. At some point in the last 2 years, it would seem that there was a Windows 11 patch, which screwed up the display scaling. Whatever resolution you setup for the desktop, or games, the actual physical signal to the monitor will always be at its native resolution. We have multiple users that experience issues after changing their password in the local domein.The passwords gets synced to Entra ID after which they are required to enter their credentials again in Outlook, Teams etc. The password is accepted but then it shows a screen 'More information required' even though they already set up MFA. Clicking 'Next' on this screen just shows a white, blank window for a long time.Our current workaround is to reset MFA. HiThe W11 update 24H2 is just badly done from MS. I have a Surface 6 Pro and the update requires at least 64GB of free space. I am not sure what the developer team smokes during office hours but with 117GB total capacity and apps installed it is more than a bad joke as the update cannot be installed due to space issues.
