Hi since 1 month whenever i try to RDP to a VM in the ESX host it temporarily disconnects from 5 seconds and then re-connects back. I have observed it does this behaviour with every VM I connect on one particular ESX host. Trying to access recovery keys from my Microsoft account to unlock Bitlocker on my laptop after a software update. Having multiple issues. Trying to update my Microsoft account, but I no longer have the phone number I used when I set up the account. No way to verify. When I try to update to my new number, or access the recovery keys, I am asked to approve the sign-in request in the Authenticator app. I loaded the Authenticator app on my iPhone, but cannot get it to sync with my Microsoft account most likely because of the old phone number. I bought a 4TB hard disk 2.3" external storage, but when I plug in crystal disk show that is pending sector and show caution. Therefore I format the whole hard disk to try to fix it, when I go in disk management, it show 3.7TB is allocate, but there is 12TB unallocated. I end up erase all partition and format it.Afterward I end up get 15TB of unallocated space, from there I was able to do any formatting and return to the original 3.7TB space, anyone has any idea what happened? and how can I fix it. I have an 2 TB M.2 Drive that my OS is installed on, as well as a 3 TB External HD for Backup. I have a separate Partition on my M.2 Drive for my System Backup. Now then. All of my other devices, such as my tablet, can connect to my college's wifi, however, for some reason, my laptop can not connect, but it says "no internet, secured" and I have no access to the internet. So I believe that my son's Microsoft account has been hacked. Once they got in, they changed the username and primary email. (so no password resets) When we try to log in it says: That Microsoft account doesn't exist.
