I'm trying to take a photo from Pinterest and save it onto my laptop. However when I left click on photo then right click on 'save image' it isn't showing up in my photo library like it always has before It is immediately showing at the bottom of my screen as a jpg. just not in Photos where I can then post it to another site. . It's windows 7 due to old version nothing is working. So I thought of upgrading my windows to 8.1 but every time I try to start the setup it shows the error 0×800700d8. I have tried everything.
