Identity Stolen Again

[Dan]

I think I told most of you how my social security card was stolen in a 2005
break in when I lived in Tucson Arizona. In addition, the computers were
attempted to access but fortunately mine had a BIOS password and stopped the
intruder. Well, this time I was working on Michelle Mora's image being
illegally put on a Painted Sky Elementary School computer and the next thing
I know my administrator passwords are changed and I am locked out of the two
computers I was working on. This fall a cable was missing from the sub
station area. I am now being blamed for computer sabotage. I know my work
identity has been stolen. Oh Well, I had planned on not giving data but you
may as well know who I am now because it does not matter:

Sorry that you had an ID theft problem. I had an incident that happened
to me. I have an idea of how you feel. I feel so violated by this incident.
I just hope that they did not steal the rest of my identity as they did
yours.

The fraud dept. from my Credit Card Co. notified me that someone had
tried to use my number to purchase over $399 and they caught it. They asked
if I or someone in my family had done the purchasing. I told them no. So
they did not let it go through. They cancelled my cards and are to send new
ones. I had to notify all the companies with whom I do business, and have
Auto Ship items that the card is now nonexistent, then call them back when I
get new cards. What a PAIN!! I am glad they caught it. I had to fight a
charge made to my card a few years ago because Wal-Mart had a signed receipt
by someone who forged a member of the family's name. It was not any of ours
signatures. It was for around $60. Anything over $100 is a felony. I hope
they catch the culprits involved in yours and mine.

Thanks for your support, Angel. I really think you have an awesome name. I
did work for the Department of Defense at Davis Monthan Air Force Base from
November 1998 to around June 2001. I had issues with my cell phone and the
base hooked me up with a secure line. I have done beta testing on Windows
Vista for Microsoft. I hope to eventually with the help of lots of other
experts have a secure tri-source code operating system for the United States
Government consisting of Windows source code, as well as Apple technology and
open source technology like Linux and the web browser Mozilla Firefox which
supports 256 bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) as compared to the more
limited 128 bit RC4 cipher strength of IE 6 and 7. It has been proven now
that 128 bit encryption RC4 can be broken but it is almost impossible to do
with current technology. AFAIK, 256 bit AES encryption has not been cracked
even by the best hackers out there. I enjoy doing volunteer work for the
Defense Network which includes the Department of Defense (Davis Monthan), the
Justice Department and the National Security Agency. I think I will be
a-okay in the long run. They keep a very close eye on me especially now with
my data as a systems administrator being compromised. My official business
at Painted Sky Elementary is just an educational assistant for 1st grade but
I started helping out with the computers since they had so many problems at
the school with them and we work as a team there as well. Have a nice
weekend! BTW, I do sometimes forgot stupid easy things and sometimes look
stupid but I know that there are people like Gary S. Terhune, MVP that will
lead me on the right path when I go wrong in regards to computers. I am his
student and he is my teacher. <grin and Gary thought he did not have as much

BTW, what is new with you in New York, PCR? I plan to visit the city in
December and January ---- straight to my hometown of Manhatten --- lived
there 18 years!

When I posted what happened to me was to let you that you are not the
only one who had ID stolen. It has and will happen to many other people
because of technology and I am one of them. I was also telling you how it
made me feel and how others may feel about it. As long as people try to get
something without working for it, these things will happen. In a perfect
world these things would never happen. This is not a perfect world.
Evidently, we have to roll with the punches and keep on guard against this
type of activity.

You really need to stop this. We have been trying for a long time to
reach you and calm you down, and I guess this is the only way we can do
it. You never worked at Davis Mountain in any kind of security
capacity, you worked at the school there, in the after school program.
The identity theft thing is not true as well, and as far as your job
goes, you know you crossed a line and there is only so far your
misdirections will go. It's better for you to calm down and start
telling the truth. Your father Ivan is worried and so is your mother
and your sisters. Please get off the internet and call them or drive
yourself to Santa Fe.

That is mostly true. I started work at Davis Monthan in the Youth Center in
November of 1998. I did indeed have a youth there named Fabian throw a pool
ball at a window in the youth center. He threatened to kill me because he
was so mad. I remember security police came to get him and he was later sent
off base. I never worked in any kind of security capacity at the Base. I
later worked for the before and after school program for the Base as well. I
remember Marilyn, the school age coordinator, got the I Love You bug from a
bad email attachment. I worked at the base until around May/June/July 2001.
I had a break in at my residence at 3455 East Lester in 2005 and my social
security card was stolen. If you don't think that is true then check the
Tucson Police Records. Anyway, I need to correct some misinformation on
those records. My thyroid levels were acting up at this time because I had
been affected by radiation treatment in 1990 that was given me for Hodgkin's
Disease. I later had the cancer return even though the doctors were sure
that it was gone I knew it was not. The second time I had chemotherapy. I
received a total of 6 cycles (12 treatments) that were usually delivered into
my hands. I remember one treatment where I got an alergic reaction and had
to be given Benedryl to treat the hives that were on my hand. It caused me
to make my head feel really light. The nurse Laura was there and helped me
to feel safe. Another treatment I received in my right hand and as the
Adriamycin was flowing through my vein then the vein went into spasms and the
chemotherapy leaked out into my right hand causing a bad second degree
chemical burn. I was born in New York City (Manhatten) on June 3, 1975 and
diagnosed with a learning disability when I was about 6 years old. I have
only one sister, Kate and also an older brother Tom so the information about
sisters is not correct. The problem with this day and age is that we live in
a time of complete miscommunication and that causes boundaries to rise up and
people to get upset with each other. I did indeed post a valid email address
and the op could have reached me by sending me an email there but chose to

It is no longer that easy to track me as it used to be.

Anyway, the current situation is I was investigating an illegal image
transfer of Michelle Mora's account from her business desktop computer from
building 6400 to a computer at Painted Sky Elementary

The illegal image transfer happened over the summer and she confirmed to me
via email at weiser_dan@aps.edu that this did not happen

I proceeded to try and fix the problem since I was given that capacity by
Ken Cole, the Director of Technology at APS. <Albuquerque Public Schools>

Someone did indeed compromise my information again because after a while
someone changed my admin. password on that computer with the illegal image
transfer as well as the computer in room #32 of Miss Stephanie Williams room
at Painted Sky Elementary. Anyway, the next thing I knew is that I was
accused by the assistant principal who is Miss Misti Miller of computer
sabotage and told that I needed to bring legal representation with me and she
even said to stop emailing Ken Cole, the Director of Technology on this
issue. Anyway, the head of APS security is now involved and I am on a leave
of absence while the investigation continues. Heck, my XP Professional
computer side has been locked out because I gave Ken Cole permission via
remote access to investigate my computer and prove that I was not the guilty
party. In addition, an ethernet cable had been removed during the summer
from the sub-station room according to Kathy the APS technician and the
strange thing was that it was the ethernet port that was right next to my
desk that had been affected. I have other teachers that I worked with that
will come to my defense in this area and show that I am very good with
computers and that Miss Misti Miller, the assistant principal at Painted Sky
Elementary was not correct to blame me for computer sabotage. The
compromised computer was in Portable #21 of Painted Sky Elementary and the
question is what happened to this computer during the summer. The previous
3rd grade teacher said the computer had been moved to a cabinet before she
was done using it. I was able to determine that it had been her computer by
going into the settings and confirming that her name was still on there.
Anyway, I was systemically removing all the programs and looking for any
error messages associated with the removal of the programs and documenting my
successes on yellow large sized sticky notes so I could make a presentation
to Stephanie Homan who is the head computer teacher. You can reach her at
homan@aps.edu and Ken Cole at cole_k@aps.edu. This is getting so crazy that
it must stop and I am now telling the complete truth. I challenge anyone to
prove that I am now lying. My official capacity at Painted Sky Elementary is
an educational assistant for 1st grade but since I was so good with computers
the school had me helping with the computers as well. I had recently been
granted VPN (Virtual Private Networking) access to the APS computer intranet
from my home computer by none other than Ken Cole, Director of Technology,
himself. I was given access and provided with passwords and other stuff and
this will all work itself out. The issue at the Base that happened is now a
non-issue since I have apologized via email and I see the situation there
that happened as closed and down with and I realize the past is now indeed
frozen like C.S. Lewis (Clive Staples Lewis) talks about in the Screwtape
Letters. I am now dealing with this situation as a godly man and I am not
afraid of the darts of the enemy that are being fired my way since I had the
armor of God like it is talked about in the Bible in Ephesians 6. My
unofficial capacity at Painted Sky Elementary was a school technician and
just recently a systems administrator. This will all work out and I am
trusting in the Lord above and my friends and family to lead me to the right
