Does Telemetry Database collect information about virtualized plugins?

We want to use Telemetry database to collect information in preparation of an Office 2003 to 2013 migration. The fact is that almost all applications are virtualized with App-V, also the applications with Office plugins.
Can we use Telemetry Database in this situation? Will we have information about these virtualized plugins?
