All Connected PCs on Network have vanished

All of my PCs have vanished from the network in File Explorer. Explorer can still see printers and media devices, but the computers are just... gone. I haven't made any changes, this occurred on its own.

With Homegroup removed by the recent April 2018 Update, this puts me in a bad position. I need to be able to share files between PCs, so any help would be appreciated.
