Action center now only shows 3 shortcut items across

After recent Windows 10 updates, my action center now only shows three items across instead of the expected four.




I have a custom scaling factor of 115% set (on a 1920x1200 screen), and if I set scaling to 100% the problem goes away.

Is there a way to adjust the size, scaling or width of the action center shortcuts so that they again tile to 4 across even with my custom scaling factor set to 115%?
