Function keys stopped working

I'm running Windows 10 (and Office 365) on a Macbook Air using Bootcamp. This has worked great for the past 12-18 months but within the last month or so, the function keys no longer seem to work (i.e.: speaker controls, etc.) Does anyone have a fix for this?
