This is just terrible design for drawing tablets

Hello I have an issue concerning the touch keyboard mainly that it exists and that I cant exit out of it and that it appears out of nowhere when I'm literally just moving my pen if there is a way to disable everything about this I would be happy that windows 10 can at least do something useful instead of being nearly as bad as vista or xp
