SOLVED: Device USB\VID_13D3&PID_5130&MI_00\7&36bfeaf7&1&0000 requires further installation (Web Cam showing Upside Down)

As suggested in another post - Download and install the free Many Cam program from manycam.com website. Once installed open the program and your web cam shows your image upside down, but there is buttons to flip it upright available. Next look at the ManyCam FAQ section within the program and locate the one where it says something about other Apps. One is there showing that for ManyCam to work with SKYPE you should download the program from their link. Once downloaded, Right mouse click the file name and go to Properties, then select the Compatibility tab, and use the dropdown list and select Windows 8. Then OK. Then Install the SKYPE program as normal, even if you have a different version already installed. Open the new SKYPE program and configure the settings Audio / Video. In Video there is a dropdown list - Select ManyCam. Now my Camera image is displaying the correct way up in both programs. Now locate your OLD SKYPE program and uninstall it and continue using the NEW SKYPE program

I hope this helps you as well.
