If I ask Cortana "What date is it?" she responds correctly - as I type this her response is:
"It's Sunday the 10th of June in Normanton" - which is correct.
But if I ask her "What date is it today?" her response is:
"It's Saturday the 9th of June in Normanton" - she gets the day and date wrong but still says the correct location.
If I ask her "What date was it yesterday?" her response is:
"It's Friday the 8th of June in Normanton" - the wrong tense, the wrong day and the wrong date, but at least the location is correct.
When I ask her "What date is it tomorrow?" her response is:
Silence followed by a Bing search result for the words "What date is it tomorrow"
And when I ask her "What date will it be tomorrow?" her response is"
"You have 2 events tomorrow - here they are".
How could an AI system that's 4 years old be getting such basic, simple questions wrong?
