Hi All,
Hopefully this is the right place for this.
I have recently switched on Encrypt Data Access for shares on our Server 2016 file server. However since doing this, opening some applications such Excel and Access from these shares is incredibly slow. I am aware there is a performance impact with any sort of encryption but this seems a bit much.
Any ideas of how to investigate this further would be greatly appreciated.
