Windows 7 Professional SP1 UTC time off by 1 hour

i am using windows 7 professional sp1, local time zone set on the system UTC+0:00 Casablanca. I reading data with UTC ( coordinated universal time ) time stamp , but UTC logging 1 Hr . so I can't move data to other data base. how correct UTC time 1 Hr time difference. Automatic data light saving enabled .
