Yeah it's something to do with auto updates. Manual installing it works
but auto doesn't recognize that it's been successfully installed.

Yes, now I am in the exact same situation with KB935807 - I downloaded the
update manually and it installed correctly but Windows Update still thinks I
need to install it.
