This obviously is a common problem as evidenced by all of the posts since Windows 10 was introduced. I have seen literally thousands of questions concerning this with thousands of non-researched answers by Microsoft employees and other "gurus". None of the solutions work but they do generate a lot of man-hours of labor by loyal Microsoft customers.

- There are no Microsoft employees with enough knowledge to solve the problem.
- Microsoft is unwilling to publish a solution because that would dry up a large source of revenue now that support is no longer free.
