Cluster Validation S2D Cloud Witness (Warning QuorumArbitrationTimeMax=90)

When performing a validation, always returns an alert in the field "QuorumArbitrationTimeMax", in this alert it informs that the value is set to 90, but the default is 20. Could you tell whether the field (QuorumArbitrationTimeMax = 90) is standard for S2D TWO nodes + Cloud Witness environments?
