Software raid1 configuration

Hi

I have a problem with making a software raid on a windows 2016 server

DISK 0 looks like the following:

- 450MB Recovery Partition,

- 99MB EFI System Partition,

- 930GB NTFS Boot, Page file, Crash Dump, Primary Partition

Disk 1 looks like the following:

- 931GB Unallocated

I am able to mirror "930GB NTFS Boot, Page file, Crash Dump, Primary Partition" from Disk 0, but unable to mirror "450MB Recovery Partition" and "99MB EFI System Partition"

I have tryed following article: "How to establish and boot to GPT mirrors on 64-bit Windows" on url: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/814070/how-to-establish-and-boot-to-gpt-mirrors-on-64-bit-windows

but under point 8 in the article I get an error saying: Sharing Violation

A hint would be nice
