Does Sysprep revert the custome registry entries?

Hi,

We have template which is ready with custome registry entries lke registered owner, registered org, disk time out value etc. We Sysprep the machine and get virtual disk, gve it to other tam whoc create virtual machine. On these new machines we see these values are back to default. Is it possible that Sysprep has removed the registry entries?
