I do not place much credibility on youtube so I will pass on that.
Your last statement is similar to what many said when Windows XP came
out nearly 6 years ago and also previous operating systems.

Have you installed Windows Vista?
Is the computer ready for Windows Vista? Simply meeting the Vista
minimum system requirements is a start but far from satisfactory if a
successful installation is required.

What problems did you have and what did you do to try to resolve them?

However for those that do not want Vista there are alternatives.
Also contrary to what some critics say, support for Windows XP is not
ending anytime soon.
Windows XP will probably be supported for several more years.

names.

Funny... A whole heck of a lot of us find Vista one of the more stable
and well designed MS OS first releases.

We saw the same crap over and over again when XP came out... "XP is
crap. I'm sticking with Windows 2000!!". Anyone who expects to switch to
a new OS (especially before the first SP) seamlessly, is smoking those
funny cigarettes again... -)

I bought a new Dell 2 weeks ago with Vista Home Premium. At work (we run
XP Pro) I'm already missing some of the very neat features of Vista.

I predict that when the next OS is delivered, all you will see is "What
a piece of crap!! I'm sticking with good old, stable Vista!!!" -)
