Not Restarting Outside of Active Hours

ITMgr-WynneTransport

I have all my machines setup through GPO to run Windows Updates every Tuesday night and then restart outside of active hours (6am-6pm). However, the servers never restart on their own outside of active hours. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
