Exclusion of BPA Results Failure

Certainly an interesting one. I have run a BPA scan against my Exchange server and get the standard results about Application pool identities (which Microsoft say you shouldn't change for Exchange services). So I figured I would exclude these results.

Unfortunately what I get is this:
