Junk emails

Each day, we are getting porn emails in our hotmail junk! Somedays hundreds ! Idelete them without opening them but I do have to check them because occasionally one of our contacts goes to junk!! What does one do?? It has become a nuisance! Neither one of us has ever visited a ****!!
