Error message

When I try to buy a product from this particular company's web site I get
this error message: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e'
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AND'
/AnimalHealth/OrderEntry/ProductItem.asp, line 116
I called the company and two of their employees followed my sequence of
clicks and they said it worked fine on their computers so they didn't know
how to help me.
I placed my order by phone but would like to fix my problem so I can order
on line next time.
Any suggestions?

The problem is with the site not your PC.
