Is it possible to setup multiple VLANs on a single NIC Team on Windows 2016?

We are setting up physical Windows 2016 standard server, We are trying to see if it is possible to have multiple VLANS on single NIC Teaming? This server will be setup as recording server and need to communicate to 2-3 separate VLANs - Managment(iDrac), SAN, Recording etc.

Or Can this be better handled on Virtual Machine instead of Physical?

This is for mission critical system. Would like some recommendations and If anyone has tackeled similar problem before?
