Can't configure Active Hours

I cannot seem to get my GPOs set correctly to configure my "Active Hours", i.e., the time outside of which Windows Server will automatically reboot after updates are installed. Screenshot of my settings is shown below...I have it set to 7A - 10P, with 18 hour max range, but the server shows 7A - 7P with 12 hour range. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? My "Configure Automatic Updates" setting is "3 - Auto download and notify for install".
