Hi,
Our AD integrated DNS has always been set to allow both non-secure and secure dynamic updates.
I would like to change this so only allow secure updates. All of our PCs in the domain use DHCP for address leases (and all servers user static IPs).
I just wanted to check if there is anything I need to:
a) prep before changing this setting to secure only?
b) anything to look out for after switching over? e.g. is dhcp able to get rid of old records if a PC's ip has changed on dhcp address renewal?
Thanks,
Albert
