ADD-KdsRootKey - Consequence in other accounts

Hi,

We are implementing Managed Services Accounts instead of use Normal User Accounts with "Password Never Expires" flag. We don't have created a KDSRootKey, we must create one.

¿This creation applies changes to configured services with Normal User accounts?
