I have windows 98se

I use tzedit as well, no problems, went back 1 hour, when I turned
on the computer. Nov 4, 2007

The kernel team did a good job with the tzedit.

They probably had no idea this product would be widely used. It works
for a lot of systems

It is a dual boot machine. Win XP on a 2nd hard drive. Can't always boot up into
Win ME first after a time change. I've got Clock Rack on there to reset the
clock, so no biggie.

Yep. I congratulate them too. It worked very well for me too in Win98SE.
It still was a pain, though, to manually change every other clock I've
got in the house & hall-- which currently adds up to seven!

That explains it, then, because whichever boots first puts the change
not only into Windows, but into the BIOS clock too. The other picks up
the new hour from there-- but STILL will change it in the same direction
once more!
