The AD recycle bin is enabled but has no enabled scopes (shows as {} ) when Get-ADOptionalFeature -Filter * is ran.
MsDS-Enabled Feature is not set on CN=Partitions and it is a locked field (unable to edit).
I would like to fix the problem editing MsDS-Enabled Feature but cannot due to it not being writable.
The recycle bin exists where it should:
CN=Recycle Bin Feature,CN=Optional Features,CN=Directory Service,CN=Windows NT,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Domain,DC=local
AD Admin Center has Enable Recycle Bin greyed out.
As far as I can tell, the recycle bin works as expected, however, an ad health scanner flags the recycle bin as a fail because of the enabled scope being blank.
How can this be resolved?
