Hi everyone,
So the company am working at, is in the progress of switching from team-viewer to supremo, due to team-viewer uses to much resourses for our systems.
We have over 2.000 Pc's spread around the world.
We are now almost done with our "update to supremo" but we experince some pc's that have the SAME supremo ID.
I have been in contact with supremo support, they gave me one sulution that works on some pc's but for the most part it dosent work.
They told me to Delete Settings.Bak & Settings.dat - But only one out of 10 times it works.
They then gave me another sulution, that i need to create a loopback network card, but it appears that windows XP embedded dosent have that feature?
They also told me this :
"supremo ID; it is obtained by combinations of factors; you could try to change (add or remove) some hardware that has a MAC address (bluetooth device/lan board)
This is the only way to obtain a different ID for Supremo"
As all of our Pc's is around the world, its hard for us to change any hardware.
So my question to all of you is - Is there a way to trick the pc's into thinking they have gotten new hardware? or a way to change HWID?
Anything you dont understand please let me know.
Kind regards,
