Hi,
I've been having some issues with Outlook not being able to securely connect and add a Gmail account and then I tried installing Microsoft Sara, but I'm getting an issue installing it.
After I download the tool from the website and run it, it says that it cannot download the tool. Here is the error:
SOURCES
Deployment url : https://outlookdiagnostics.azureedg...ara.Prod.application?usergroup=Prod&Ring=Prod
ERROR SUMMARY
Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
* Activation of https://outlookdiagnostics.azureedg...ara.Prod.application?usergroup=Prod&Ring=Prod resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading https://outlookdiagnostics.azureedg...ara.Prod.application?usergroup=Prod&Ring=Prod did not succeed.
+ The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
I am guessing that these problems are related
