WINDOW ALLOWING FOR TELSTRA PASSWORD INSERTION FOR WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY IS NOT APPEARING

Until yesterday I was able to reconnect my wireless connection to Telstra NBN by going to Control/Network and a final page would appear showing my Telstra address and then providing a space for me to insert my password. That particular window is not now presenting itself for me to do this final step.


I am currently connected to the internet via the cable from my Smart TV.
