In 'Authoring a Fully Verified signed Installation' from MSDN, one of
the bullet items is to ensure that only custom actions stored within
the package or installed with the package are used. Is this to say
that having a digital signature in the installation package may not
function correctly if a Custom Action calls to a target machine .exe
during install (Regedit, attrib, etc.)?
I'm a little confused by this?
