Windows Vista Service Pack 1 won't install

I pulled out a Windows Vista computer that hadn't been turned on since 2014 today. It's failed loading Windows Vista Service Pack 1 three times, which seemed strange since SP1 came out in '07.


Looking at the Update History, Service Pack 1 has failed to install between 50 and 100 times dating back to June, 2008.


Do you have any ideas what I need to do to make this work?
