I've been using the Family Safety features to track and enforce/prevent usage of school-related apps, games, and other items on a child's PC. It took a while to figure out some of the intricacies of the various features, but I eventually get it configured to provide most of the functionality I needed. There is a particular game that has been difficult to manage, and when the new UI was launched several weeks ago, it's been impossible to manage on a PC's browser, either in IE or Chrome. It does work more often on a mobile device (Edge only, not Safari), but it does occasionally cause me grief there, as well. The mobile app also prevents me from seeing historical data, and from seeing all days in the current week. Essentially, I need to check daily at midnight if I want to capture each day's usage stats.
The game in question is named "Company of Heroes 2", but from the very beginning, it's only ever showed up as "the build server will stamp this field". Searching online takes me to the Steam site (the developer of this game, and suggests that it's an issue with their build tools, though as I mentioned, I've always been able to successfully manage limits prior to the new UI (see below).
When I click the link, the page attempts to load but then redirects to the main "Screen Time" window. The link seems to want to open "page?appid=win32:reliccoh.exe_!dev=the+build+server+will+stamp+this+field".
Another similarly named app (but one without online functionality) does work, and it's link appears as follows: "page?appId=win32:reliccoh2.exe_8zhv5hjshx81e".
How can I get this to work again in a browser?
