WEI "Could not create details page"

When I click View and print detailed performance and system information it gives me a "Cannot create details page" error with no explanation whatsoever. Please help!I have a previous post that no one is responding to https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...page/c7f63400-1e8e-4d99-9f56-4f433787a6cfI've already run CHKDSK and sfc /scannow and they came up with no problems.
