CAN'T USE ANY DIFFERENT LANGUAGE KEYBOARD!

This happened a few days ago. I am not able to use Japanese, Chinese, German and any other language keyboard besides English especially Japanese because that my number 2 most used language on Windows 10 anymore. I can't use Google Japanese and MSE Input. When I press Windows key + Spacebar or use my mouse to switch to Japanese, it types in alphabets. I CAN'T TYPE IN HIRAGANA, KATAKANA OR KANJI AND OTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGES!!!!!!!! I restarted my laptop, updated Windows Update, troubleshoot the language input but THEY DON'T WORK! Hello there
The best thing you can do is update Windows. important points:
1. REMOVE the Japanese language before updating.
2. UPDATE WINDOWS and finally RESTART the system.
3. Now, INSTALL the language and the PACK and SET MY WINDOWS DISPLAY LANGUAGE.
*For me, these methods worked.
