i was chatting with the customer support to get my issue resolved, he ended the chat saying this download will take time and he said i can contact the other with same issue using my case no. or link (that he provided). after downloading when i again wanted to join the chat i cannot type anything but from other end they were writing i tried for 2 hours but i could not type anything as if they have locked my chat box. now i am all stuck i between the thing i dont know. and they are not helping i already told the guy just help me fix whatever it is as its very important for me right now and i can
