Impact of enabling private network ranges and adding a private subnet group policy

Hello,I wanted to know if enabling private network ranges and adding a private subnet has any major impact?I had an issue with not being able to open Microsoft Store when the Windows devices are connected to Global Protect VPN.The resolution mentioned in the following link "Microsoft Store doesn't open after a domain-joined computer makes a VPN connection - Windows Client" has been applied to one computer and that fixed the issue, but I wanted to know if this has any major impact before applying it to all the computers.Thanks in advance.
