Newly built pc, fresh install of win 10 in offline mode (would not detect ethernet or wifi) cant connect to wifi

Hello,Running into a weird issue here and hoping to get some assistance, I built a friends PC and was able to install Windows 10 from a boot drive. When installing Windows, it would not detect wifi or ethernet, so I installed with offline mode. When first getting into the PC, ethernet wasnt working, but eventually worked after the pc went through some set up for ASUS ROG software. Wifi and Bluetooth are not visible when trying to connect to either a network or device (does not give option to turn on either).
