Everyone in the security tab

Guys,

I am looking at some servers at work and noticed on C drive, there are some
servers with/without the "Everyone".

Do I need the "Everyone" group in the security? If so, whats the minimum
privileges I need to set at.

Forgot to mention this is Windows 2000 server.
