I'm tired of microsoft locking every thing up. Photo sorting should be up to the owner not microsoft!!!!

Picture sort should something the owner of the computer should be doing with his preferences. Is there anything in the works to let the photos can be sorted by the user? I really dislike the way that I have no control for sorting photos. I should be able to sort my pics
